These photos were taken at night in September 2005 on the way back from work. I think it's interesting to see how the modern LED traffic lights compare to the older ones powered by light bulbs.

Traditional electric bulb traffic light (2). Once broken, these will be replaced by LEDs too. LEDs emit colored light so there's no need for colored glass in front of them. In addition they have a much higher life expectancy.
